Review | L’Oréal False Lash Telescopic Mascara (+ DEMO)

Hello there! I’m back from Malta and classes have started again, so I’m back to posting three to four times a month! Today I would like to share my review on the L’Oréal False Lash Telescopic mascara. I’ve been trying this one out for a couple of months now, so I can give you my full and honest thoughts!

Here in Belgium this mascara retails at € 16.99, so it’s definitely not one of the cheapest ones out there. I personally don’t mind spending the extra money, because L’Oréal’s mascaras are my favorite ones to use anyway. The ones that I have already used don’t smudge and still look great by the end of the day!

Claims

According to the L’Oréal website it “enhances your lashes with intense length and unique lash by lash separation. The flat side of the patented flexible Precision Brush lengthens lashes up to 60%, while the comb side of the brush precisely separates lashes for a clump-free result. Fragrance-free. Ophthalmologist-tested and allergy-tested. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.”

Packaging

I really liked the packaging when I first saw the mascara. They made it look like a telescope, which is quite a cute touch. The plastic brush is very skinny, which made me think at first that it wouldn’t do that much to my lashes. But wow, that totally wasn’t the case!

Application

The brush made it so easy to separate lengthen my lashes with only coat! I usually don’t put more than one coat on my lashes, so I don’t know how it works when you try to add an extra coat. But I did notice that it dried very fast, so I’m assuming it won’t be that easy to put on some more mascara after it has dried down.

Longevity + conclusion

By the end of the day my lashes still looked just as amazing as they did when I first applied the mascara, plus it didn’t flake or smudge during the day (even on very hot days!). It’s safe to say that this product really impressed me! This has quickly become one of my favorite mascaras and I have been using it ever since I tried it out. It is definitely worth the money in my opinion and I totally would repurchase it in the future!
